What can come back, what cannot, and what we fix for free.
Almost everything here is cut for one body, which changes what a return can mean. Your statutory rights under Greek and EU law are preserved in full; the following applies in addition to them.
Ready-to-order pieces delivered without a salon fitting — cocktail and outerwear only — may be returned within fourteen days of receipt, unworn, with tags attached and in the original dust bag and box. Refunds go back to the original payment method within ten business days of the garment reaching us.
Anything fitted in the salon before delivery — all evening, bridal, mother-of-the-bride, and bespoke pieces — is not eligible for return. It was cut to your measure and cannot be sold to anyone else.
Bespoke commissions become non-refundable once cutting has begun, which is normally just after the toile fitting.
Any fit issue identified within thirty days of final delivery is corrected at no charge. Write to [email protected] and we will schedule it.
Beyond thirty days, alterations to garments made by this house are quoted at the fitting, before any work starts.
Report within seven days of receipt. We arrange collection at our cost and repair, replace, or refund.
Wardrobe fittings exist so a garment can be taken in, re-hemmed, and re-pressed years later rather than retired.
