Every piece leaves here dry-clean only, at a couture-grade specialist rather than a high-street cleaner. Ask us and we will name one in your city.
Any garment bought in the previous five years may be brought in once a year for a complimentary press and check. Book at [email protected].
After the wedding, store it in the breathable cotton archival bag provided, out of direct sunlight, in a temperate room. Not in plastic, and not in an attic.
Professional cleaning, preservation, and boxing is offered within ninety days of the wedding.
Hand-set beading should be checked rather than assumed. Bring the piece in if a thread has pulled — it is a short job while it is small.
Seam allowances here are cut generously so a garment can move a size in either direction years afterwards. A dress that still fits is the least wasteful dress there is.
