How commissions are settled, and over what period.
Card payments are handled by PCI DSS Level 1 processors. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. Bank details are issued with your order confirmation rather than published here.
Every bespoke commission is split in three: thirty per cent at the first measure, forty at the first fitting in your cloth, thirty before final delivery.
The first thirty per cent is a deposit. It secures your place in the season book and the cutting room calendar, and it is non-refundable once cutting has begun.
For orders and commissions above €2,500 we can arrange interest-free three- and six-instalment plans through Greek banks. Twelve-instalment plans are available with a small bank fee.
The finished piece is released once payment is complete. We will always tell you the outstanding balance before the final fitting, not after it.
