What you agree to when you order or commission.
By placing an order, booking a fitting, or commissioning a garment you accept these terms in full.
Everything shown is made to order in the Kolonaki workshop. Lead times on each page are estimates and may move by up to two weeks.
A salon fitting is required before delivery for all evening and bridal pieces. Cocktail and outerwear may be delivered without one at your written request.
Governed by the separate commission terms below. A thirty per cent deposit is taken at the first measure and secures your place in the season book. Forty per cent falls due at the first fitting, thirty per cent before delivery.
Prices are in Euro and include Greek VAT for delivery within the European Union. Orders outside the EU are quoted without VAT and may attract import duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Designs, sketches, patterns, and photographs remain the property of the atelier. You acquire the finished garment, not the pattern it was cut from.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including event cancellation or delays caused by carriers.
Greek law applies and disputes go to the courts of Athens. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Legal entity name, AFM, GEMI, and chamber registration must be inserted before publication.
